Camp site reservation and booking conditions
Reservations are highly recommended in July and August for tent/ caravan pitches and absolutely necessary for mobile homes.
A 25€ booking fee will be charged.
12€5O if paid by credit card ,and free of charge for stays exceeding 30 days.
To reserve a mobile home, please complete the reservation form in our brochure or contact us by telephone or email.
We will send you a contract/agreement in duplicate: one copy for you to keep and the other please return signed with your deposit cheque.
The deposit required will be 25% of the total amount for one week or longer stays , or
50% for stays shorter than a week
The balance outstanding of your reservation is required to be paid 4 weeks before your day of arrival . If full payment is not received by then, the camp site will cancel the booking.
. Our prices include, per placement, gas and electricity , and parking for one vehicle on site. Any extra vehicles we ask you to park outside the campsite.
The mobile homes are available from 4pm on the Saturday of your arrival, and please vacate on the Saturday of your departure by 10am.
Mobile home tenants , please make sure that the mobile home is left perfectly clean , . if not, a 40 € per hour of cleaning charge will be asked for.
Upon your arrival , please check in at reception .
A 400€ guarantee will be required. This will include your camp site pass.
Please note, only the number of occupiers on your contract are allowed in the mobile homes.
No extra persons are allowed.
To reserve a tent or/ caravan pitch:

A 80 € deposit will be required per pitch reserved, at time of reservation.
Pitches are available from 2p.m on your day of your arrival , and please vacate your pitch by 11am on your day of departure.
The choice of pitches are decided according to our schedule booking, but we consider your requirements as much as possible i.e. sunny or shadowy , quiet etc.
Please inform us at time of reservation of any particular requirement for a charge of 25€ extra.
No tents or annexes can be installed on the pitch without the manager’s authorization.

Unfortunately, the choice of pitches for tents /caravans cannot be a cause of cancellation.
In case of withdrawal , the conditions specified in the contract will be implemented whatever the cause of cancellation.
Delay/cancellation
In case of a 48 hour delay after the day of your planned arrival, if we have not been informed, the pitch will be rented. to new clients.
No refund of the booking fee or reservation will be given.
Please refer to the conditions in your contract.
Swimming pool.
Regulations are applied.
Bracelets are compulsory 10€ per bracelet refunded on departure.
Swimming costumes and trunks are only allowed ; no pants or shorts or bermudas.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
“SARL NOBLET “ doesn’t accept responsibility for any damage caused to your vehicle , or loss or theft of any personal items.
Visitors are accepted free of charge if their stay is less than 2 hours .After that, , a fee is required to be paid.
Visitors must check in at reception on their arrival.
Please note; your visitors are under your responsibility and must follow the regulations of the camp site.
They are unable to use the camp site showers.
All visitors must leave the camp site by10p.m.
In case of disrespect to the camp site regulations or behaviour incompatible with the life and security of the camp site , the manager can decide the immediate termination of your contract. In this case , no refund will be made for the rest of your stay.
All regulations are found on a notice board at the entrance of the camp site.
Domestic animals are welcome (except for categories 1 and 2) but an extra fee will be charged. .
Please note , only one animal per one mobile home., tent/caravan pitch is available.
We ask you not to leave your pet alone and please keep on leads in the camp site.
Only tattooed and vaccinated.animals are allowed, their vaccination /passports are compulsory on site.
